99Country provides the following services:

• Document Attestation: Authentication and attestation of documents for international use.
• Apostille Services: Apostille certification for documents to be used in Hague Convention countries.
• Express Services: Priority processing for urgent applications.
• Consultation Services: Expert guidance on visa requirements and documentation.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Submit genuine and authentic documents
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
• Not misuse our services for fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

All fees are due at the time of service booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Digital Wallets (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
• Bank Transfers
• UPI and other local payment methods (where available)

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

99Country provides assistance and guidance for visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or consulate.

Our limitations include:

• We cannot guarantee visa approval or processing times
• Embassy/consulate fees are separate from our service fees
• We are not responsible for changes in visa policies or requirements
• Processing times may vary based on embassy workload and external factors
• Some services may not be available in all locations

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of 99Country and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without explicit written permission from 99Country.

• Labor disputes or strikes
• Acts of terrorism or war

99Country reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
